# Candora Agent

### AI-Powered Trading Assistant

Candora Agent is Candora's native AI-powered trading assistant inside [Candora Edge](/whitepaper/candora-pro/candora-edge.md).

It is designed to help participants understand markets, monitor developing conditions, evaluate opportunities, and execute user-authorized trading strategies through a structured AI-driven framework.

Unlike a generic assistant, Candora Agent operates within Candora's market environment and integrates directly with Candora's intelligence systems, execution infrastructure, and risk-management controls.

The objective is not to replace trader judgment.

The objective is to provide participants with a powerful trading assistant that can analyze markets, interpret events, generate trading decisions, and execute user-authorized actions within clearly defined boundaries.

Participants can interact with the agent conversationally, receive market insights, request trade analysis, evaluate opportunities, and delegate varying levels of trading authority according to their preferred level of involvement.

## Event Intelligence

At the core of Candora Agent is Event Intelligence, Candora's proprietary market intelligence framework. Event Intelligence represents Candora Agent's ability to understand how real-world developments and blockchain activity may influence financial markets.

Financial markets are influenced by far more than price action alone. \
\
Geopolitical developments, military conflicts, central bank decisions, regulations, corporate announcements, technological breakthroughs, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, and countless other real-world events often influence markets before their effects become fully visible through price, volume, liquidity, or volatility.\
\
Candora Agent uses Event Intelligence to continuously evaluate real-world developments alongside historical market behavior, sentiment trends, and cross-asset relationships.

Event Intelligence also evaluates blockchain activity alongside real-world events. The system continuously analyzes wallet behavior, capital flows, exchange inflows and outflows, whale accumulation and distribution, token unlocks, staking activity, governance proposals, smart contract interactions, protocol upgrades, and other on-chain developments that may provide early insight into changing market conditions.

By combining real-world events with blockchain intelligence, Candora Agent develops a broader understanding of how information, capital, and participant behavior move throughout digital asset markets.

For example, damage to critical energy infrastructure may reduce expected oil supply and influence energy markets. A disruption to a major global shipping route may increase transportation costs and affect companies that rely on international trade. New tariffs or trade restrictions may influence entire industries, while droughts, floods, or military conflicts affecting agricultural production may impact food prices, inflation expectations, and broader financial markets.

Event Intelligence continuously monitors these developments and analyzes how they may affect assets, sectors, industries, and the broader global economy. Rather than viewing events in isolation, the system identifies relationships between them and evaluates how changes in one market may propagate across others.

When a significant event occurs, Candora Agent compares it with similar situations throughout financial history. The system analyzes how comparable events affected markets, measures the magnitude and duration of previous reactions, evaluates current market conditions, and generates probabilistic impact assessments based on both historical precedent and present market dynamics.

Rather than simply reporting that an event occurred, Candora Agent explains why it matters, which markets may be affected, how similar situations influenced prices historically, and the range of potential outcomes participants should consider.

The objective is not to predict markets with certainty.

The objective is to provide structured market context that helps participants understand evolving market conditions, identify opportunities and risks earlier, and make better-informed trading decisions.

## **Influencer Intelligence**

Some market participants consistently influence financial markets.

When experienced traders, founders, investors, analysts, researchers, companies, or public figures announce investments, discuss projects, publish research, or express changing market views, markets often react within minutes.

Candora Agent evaluates how different sources have historically influenced specific assets, sectors, and market conditions. This allows the system to identify which communications may carry greater market significance based on previous impact, timing, and market reactions.

Participants are not limited to Candora's default monitoring list. They may create their own watchlists by adding the individuals, organizations, communities, publications, or other information sources they consider important. Candora Agent continuously monitors these sources and immediately incorporates new information into its broader market analysis.

Participants may also configure real-time alerts for specific individuals, organizations, assets, sectors, topics, or other monitored events. When relevant information becomes available, Candora Agent immediately notifies participants and provides contextual analysis explaining its potential market significance.

Rather than simply generating notifications, Candora Agent explains what happened, why it matters, which assets or sectors may be affected, how similar communications influenced markets historically, and the range of potential outcomes participants should consider.

The objective is simple.

Help participants discover important market-moving information earlier, reduce the time spent monitoring dozens of platforms, and provide structured analysis before information becomes widely reflected in market prices.

## Technical Analysis

Candora Agent continuously analyzes technical market conditions to help participants understand price behavior, market structure, and developing trading opportunities.

The system evaluates multiple technical factors across different timeframes, including price action, trend direction, support and resistance levels, momentum, volatility, liquidity conditions, volume behavior, and market structure.

Rather than relying on isolated indicators, Candora Agent combines multiple technical signals to identify stronger market conditions and reduce reliance on individual data points. The system analyzes relationships between price movement, relative volume, volatility changes, liquidity shifts, and historical market behavior to identify potential opportunities and areas of increased risk.

Candora Agent can evaluate strategies based on technical conditions such as relative volume expansion, breakout confirmations, trend continuation patterns, momentum shifts, volatility changes, and other market signals commonly used by experienced traders.

Participants may also describe trading ideas conversationally and allow Candora Agent to analyze or structure strategies based on selected technical conditions, risk parameters, and execution preferences. The agent can evaluate historical performance, market conditions, and risk factors before presenting a structured strategy for review.

For example, a sudden increase in relative volume combined with a breakout above a key resistance level may indicate increasing market participation and potential continuation strength. Conversely, declining volume during a price increase, weakening momentum, or reduced liquidity may indicate a higher risk of reversal.

Technical Analysis does not operate independently. Candora Agent combines technical observations with Event Intelligence, Influencer Intelligence, on-chain activity, market sentiment, historical precedent, and participant portfolio information to create a broader market assessment.

The objective is not to predict every price movement.

The objective is to help participants identify developing market conditions, understand the factors influencing price behavior, and make more informed trading decisions through a combination of technical analysis and broader market intelligence.

### Personalized trading behavior

Participants may configure Candora Agent according to their own trading objectives, risk preferences, and operating style.

Participants can define parameters such as risk tolerance, profit objectives, risk-to-reward ratios, capital allocation limits, execution permissions, and approval requirements.

Some participants may prefer conservative strategies focused on consistency and capital preservation.

Others may prefer more aggressive strategies designed to pursue higher returns while accepting greater risk.

Candora Agent adapts its decision-making and execution behavior within the boundaries established by the participant.

This creates a flexible trading environment where participants can tailor the agent's behavior to their individual objectives while maintaining full control over delegated authority.

Candora Agent continuously evaluates participant portfolios, open positions, unrealized exposure, asset concentration, sector allocation, correlation risk, and overall portfolio health. Market insights, opportunity analysis, and risk assessments are personalized according to each participant's holdings, objectives, and trading preferences rather than generated in isolation.

Over time, Candora Agent learns participant preferences, frequently traded assets, analytical style, preferred strategies, and interaction patterns to provide increasingly personalized market analysis while remaining fully subject to participant-defined permissions and platform controls.

### **How participants use Candora Agent**

Participants may use Candora Agent to analyze market conditions, evaluate developing events, assess positions, identify opportunities, monitor risk exposure, and support trading decisions.

Participants may also describe trading objectives conversationally and allow Candora Agent to generate structured strategies based on selected parameters, including risk tolerance, entry conditions, exit conditions, position sizing, and execution requirements.

Depending on participant preferences and permissions, the agent may operate as a market-analysis assistant, a recommendation engine, a confirmation-required trading assistant, or a fully authorized execution agent operating within predefined limits.

The agent continuously monitors market conditions, evaluates information across Event Intelligence, Influencer Intelligence, Technical Analysis, and portfolio data, and applies its programmed trading logic to identify opportunities and manage risk.

Every recommendation generated by Candora Agent includes structured reasoning explaining the factors that contributed to the assessment. Participants can review supporting events, historical comparisons, market signals, on-chain observations, sentiment analysis, portfolio exposure, and other contributing factors before making a trading decision or authorizing execution.

Every assessment also includes a confidence score reflecting the strength, consistency, and reliability of the underlying analysis. The confidence score is determined by evaluating available data quality, historical precedent, agreement across multiple intelligence sources, current market conditions, and the strength of supporting evidence. Rather than presenting conclusions as absolute facts, Candora Agent communicates the estimated confidence associated with each assessment, helping participants better understand both the opportunities and the uncertainty involved in every trading decision.

Confidence scores are dynamic and continuously updated as new market data, on-chain activity, real-world events, and other relevant information become available, allowing assessments to evolve alongside changing market conditions.

Rather than evaluating each source independently, Candora Agent combines real-world events, On-chain Intelligence, Influencer Intelligence, historical precedent, technical indicators, market sentiment, and participant portfolio exposure into a unified market assessment.

All resulting actions remain subject to participant-defined permissions and Candora's enforcement systems.

### Relationship to the broader Edge ecosystem

Candora Agent is Candora's native agent experience.

Participants who require custom automation, specialized workflows, or proprietary trading systems may create their own agents through [Agent Builder](/whitepaper/candora-pro/candora-edge/agent-builder.md).

Those custom agents may remain private or be distributed through [Edge Marketplace](/whitepaper/candora-pro/candora-edge/marketplace.md).

While Agent Builder and Marketplace agents allow participants to create and monetize their own automation, Candora Agent remains Candora's native trading assistant and the access point to Event Intelligence.

Together, these systems create a complete ecosystem for market intelligence, automation, deployment, and strategy monetization.

### Controls and execution boundaries

Candora Agent operates within Candora's permission, validation, runtime, and market-integrity controls.

Participants determine what the agent may observe, which actions it may perform, how much capital it may deploy, and whether execution remains advisory, confirmation-required, or fully authorized.

Authority remains bounded by participant-defined permissions and platform controls.

Candora Agent may improve decision-making.

It does not provide execution advantages.

All actions generated by the agent enter the same deterministic execution path used by all market participants and remain subject to Candora's existing execution, risk-management, and enforcement systems.

Automation may improve efficiency.

It does not alter market fairness.
